Good Morning,
It is another cold, yet beautiful, sunny day out this winter. Soon it will be Groundhog's day, and we all wish he won't see his shadow, for seeing his shadow means 6 more weeks of winter.
Yet, this is the time of year that is darker and colder, and a great time for reflection. We aren't all too active and busy, and have some time to take, if we choose, to reflect on ourselves, our lives, our consciences, etc. This work, the Family Constellation Work allows us a venue to see our shadows, and not to eradicate them, but to integrate them in a new way into our consciousness. We also learn to discern which conscience is truly ours, and which might be our parents, our family's, and maybe something even greater.
Come on out, and this next Friday, the 6th at 9:00 a.m., we have an opportunity to learn about this and to see our shadows a bit more clearly. The Morning coffee and constellations is at: First Congregational Church UCC, 6501 Wydown Blvd.
With good care,
Gail
